How to become an Authorized Provider
Before becoming an Authorized Provider, you must designate a currently authorized American Red Cross instructor to teach your courses. Please click here to learn more about becoming an instructor. Once you have designated a currently authorized American Red Cross instructor, fill out and submit the Authorized Provider Agreement. After the chapter has approved the agreement, you will receive a welcome package in the mail and be authorized to teach Red Cross courses in the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, and Solano.
How to submit the Authorized Provider Agreement
After you have completed the forms, please sign, date, and submit for approval.
