The American Red Cross Bay Area Chapter is in the community every day providing training in lifesaving first aid, CPR and disaster preparedness skills and every night to provide comfort to families who have lost their homes to fires. We are only able to do this because of support from the people, organizations and corporations in the Bay Area – with nearly 2,000 volunteers, hundreds of community and corporate partners and a dedicated staff of employees.
That’s the beauty about how the Red Cross goes about fulfilling its mission. By empowering individuals to take care of their families and neighbors, we together strengthen our community and make it more resilient to disasters large and small. Join us.
