Rent or Purchase Materials

Authorized provider organizations and in-house instructors may rent or purchase training materials through the American Red Cross Bay Area If you have questions, please contact hsservice@usa.redcross.org or (415) 427-8079.
Purchasing Course Materials
Course materials, such as participant manuals, skills cards and DVDs, are available for purchase from StayWell or on our Online Shop.  You may order materials online and have them shipped directly to your location.
Purchasing or Renting Training Materials
You may also purchase or rent materials for your Red Cross courses through the Bay Area Chapter. You may pick up your order from one of our office locations in Burlingame, Oakland or San Francisco or select to have your order shipped directly to your location for an additional shipping charge. Please allow five business days when placing an order to be picked up at a Red Cross location. Allow seven to 10 days for all shipped orders.

  • Download and complete one of the following order forms.

Lifeguarding and CPR for the Professional Materials Form
Swimming and Water Safety Materials Form
Pet First Aid Materials Form
California Child Care and Babysitting Materials Form

Please note: Orders not cancelled 2-business days prior to pick-up will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.  The customer will pay the full replacement price for rental materials lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise not returned.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 20% Fee on all "Rush" Product Orders
We require 5 busniess days to process and fill all product orders.  Any order with less than 5 business days will be subject to a 20% fee - effective immediately.
