Learn how to save a life with the American Red Cross on April 14, 2019!

At Save-A-Life Saturday 2012, the American Red Cross will be giving free presentations to help you learn crucial, lifesaving skills in disaster preparedness, basic first aid, and hands-only Citizen CPR. The classes are non-certified, shortened versions of Red Cross training courses, lasting approximately an hour and a half and offered multiple times throughout the day.

This event is part of the American Red Cross Bay Area Chapter’s Ready Neighborhoods initiative, which works to empower community organizations and local residents in the Bay Area with the skills and tools they need to effectively prepare for and respond to emergencies.

Presentations are being offered in San Francisco, Oakland, North Vallejo, San Rafael, East San Mateo, East Palo Alto, and Richmond.

We are offering the presentations for free with the generous support of community organizations and our corporate sponsors.
