Preparedness Instructor Helpful Tips
This Month's Topic: Course Evaluations

All materials shipped to host locations include course evaluations for each course participant for any given course or training session. It is crucial that everyone in the audience submit a completed form at the end of your presentation.
Volunteer instructor Mike Taheny has contributed a great suggestion to make the process as easy as possible for your audience. He says, “Distribute the course evaluation before you begin your presentation. That way, your audience knows what to do at the conclusion of the course, and they can be thinking about the evaluation during your presentation.”
When you have collected all evaluations, place them all in the provided, pre-addressed envelope, and send them back to the chapter immediately after the course ends.
It is very important to all Red Cross Chapters to get feedback from those who avail themselves of our services. Evaluations help us improve in certain areas and continue our work where we are most successful. Your participation in this process is invaluable and we appreciate your service and dedication.
